easy walks to piazza del duomo and botanical gardens near here
The botanical gardens are just a 10-minute stroll away, both just a short distance away from the hotel, great for someone who loves to explore on foot.

The hotel was set in a very central area so close to taxi, which was about 11euros and nice restaurants and Pisa airport. We got a decent size room with large windows as well as cheap soap. The property staff was EXCELLENT and efficient.

The room itself was vintage, tidy with large windows and had the things we needed.

effective air conditioning, excellent Wi-Fi performance, charming hotel with character
Room decor feels outdated!!! Shower enclosures cramped, lacking comfort!!! Limited snack options in mini-bar create letdowns!!! Inconsistent hot water during peak hours was frustrating!!! Cleanliness of carpets could use attention!!!

The stay was fantastic, especially because of the great access to local attractions. Everything from the Leaning Tower to quaint eateries was just a pleasant walk away. I loved that the room was spacious and cool even without using the air conditioning. Plus, having a café available 24/7 for drinks and snacks was a huge bonus. It made grabbing a quick bite or drink super easy whenever we needed it.

The room was clean, the beds were not as hard as some we have tried to sleep on, and it was quiet. The location was fairly close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
The entire area around the hotel had been cordoned off because of a festival. After many frustrating minutes of getting to one barricade after another and not getting any help from the police, we finally reached the hotel by going around the barricades. We slowly edged along in our car among hundreds of walkers and bicycle riders. The hotel staff should have notified us of the barricades and how to reach them. It would have saved us a great deal of stress. Also, we received no response to an email sent to them earlier asking for the location of the parking area we had paid in advance to reserve.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, the location is good (the town is small and probably any location would be good)
The rooms are clean but the furniture a bit old

Nice location and breakfast surprisingly good (compared to Mediterranean in general); cereals, yogurt, bread, ham, cheese, croissants, cookies, coffee, juice etc. The location is good and the room was ok :)
The pillows were really hard and old, but I managed to sleep 2 nights.
